Our Cocoa Social is a festive gathering that takes place right after each show! Join us just outside the venue for FREE hot cocoa, s’mores by the fire, hot coffee, sweet treats, and holiday-themed decor perfect for group photos and selfies. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the season and unwind after the show. You’ll find families, friends, and neighbors enjoying each other’s company, sharing laughter, and soaking in the warmth of the fire. It’s a beautiful moment of fellowship and fun you won’t want to miss!

- What's the Parking situation?
Parking is FREE. We have 4 parking lots: Lot 1 (Main), Lot 2 (Gravel), Lot 3 (The Learning Experience), and Lot 4 (Board of Ed). All lots are within a 1 minute walk from the venue. Check out our [Parking Map] for details—it will also be sent to all attendees via text. Venue staff will be on-site to help direct traffic.
- When do the doors open?

Friday, Night Show (12/12 @ 7:30 PM) - Doors open at 6:15 PM.

Saturday, Matinee Show (12/13 @ 12:00 PM) - Doors Open at 10:45 AM.

- Is there an Age Limit?
Yes, only children ages *6 and up* are permitted in the auditorium. We do, however, offer paid childcare for children (ages 5 and under) at our facility.
- Is there Childcare?
Yes! We have paid childcare for your little ones (ages 5 and under) so you can enjoy the show worry-free! You'll see the option to purchase Childcare Passes in our checkout window.
- Are tickets refundable?
